Tandoori Lamb with Yoghurt

200g Minced lamb
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons Masterfoods Tandoori paste
3 tablespoons plain unsweetened yoghurt
2 teaspoon John West Coriander
½ cup tomato pasta sauce

Saute lamb in oil Add tandoori paste cook for 3 minutes add yoghurt and coriander Add tomato pasta sauce Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required

Yield 400g
