Ham

Christl Krist - Ham Mushroom and Red Pepper Vol au vents

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 small cube Maggi mushroom stock
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Heat butter over low heat add flour stir together add milk to form a stiff sauce Stir in lemon juice and crumbled stock cube Stand aside

Chop finely:
2 tablespoons mushrooms
2 tablespoons red pepper
2 tablespoons ham
1 tablespoon onion

Heat 2 tablespoons oil or butter fry onion and pepper until soft add mushrooms and ham Remove from heat add to sauce cool and spoon into cases
Decorate with parsley to serve

Combine together:
1 tin reduced cream
1 pkt dried Onion Soup
250g Tasty cheese
250g Diced Ham

Spoon mixture into 60mm vol-au-vent cases Chill up to 2 –3 hrs Thermo-Grill for 10 –15 mins and serve immediately
