Mushroom and Pate

½ quantity of prepared White sauce
1 cup diced brown mushrooms
100g peppered pate
¼ teaspoon Masterfoods Seasoned Pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Saute diced brown mushrooms in a little butter Add  peppered pate and chopped parsley Add to base mixture with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required

Yield 340g

Chicken and Corn

½ quantity of prepared White sauce
150g canned creamed corn
½ cup diced cooked chicken
1 tablespoon diced sauteed bacon
1 teaspoon Masterfoods grated green ginger
2 chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Maggi chicken stock

Place the above ingredients in a saucepan over moderate heat and base mixture with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required

Yield 470g

Sour Cream Chicken Satay

½ quantity of prepared White sauce
2 tablespoons Kraft Crunchy Peanut butter
1 tablespoons sour cream
½ teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons grated ginger
2 chopped spring onions
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chilli sauce to taste
1 cup diced cooked chicken

Combine the above ingredients in a saucepan over moderate heat and add base mixture with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required

Yield 400g

Chicken and Mango

½ quantity of prepared White sauce
½ diced onion
½ diced green capsicum
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mild curry powder
3 dessertspoons hot mango chutney of your taste ( there are many brands available)
1 tablespoon Nestle Coconut Powder
1 cup diced cooked chicken

Saute onion and green capsicum in oil until soft add mild curry powder hot mango chutney coconut powder and diced cooked chicken Add to base mixture with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required

380g yield

Chicken and Pesto

½ quantity of prepared White sauce
½ jar (80g) Prima Coriander and Feta Cheese Pesto
1 cup diced cooked chicken
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest

Add to base mixture with salt and pepper to taste Store for up to 24hours in refrigerator until required
